- a store purchase (include your username and the order details);
- privacy, for example to see or delete your data (see our Privacy Policy);
- business, press or anything else.
Always tell us your in-game username. We will never ask for your password.

Staff and players on our Discord help with setup, game questions and events, and new updates are posted there first.

Reporting a player
Use the support center on the forums to report a player who breaks the rules.
